Deepest Indo and a few steps beyond: there are still heaps of places the masses didn't find yet.
I'm alright with that...

How to... extend your visa in Indonesia
1. Get (with a lot of work) all the information you need, where to go and what you need to extend your visa
2. Go to one of the cities, that have a kantor imigrasi, I went with a plane
3. Realise, that you're going to have to spend at least three days in the kantor to handle all the paperstuff and that you're going to have to go back there multiple times
4. You think to yourself: ''Not with me!'' and pay a little fee for a guy who does all the work for you
5. You go surfing (see pictures / all ryzphoto.com)
6. Collect your passport 4 days later relaxed and after many hours of surfing; everything done

Rough roads, good people
We founded an incredible tough and dangerous motorcyclegang. ''The Sons of P.'' (P. = a certain surfspot so secret that I can't tell it's name here, hehe). Two of the four members already had to quit due to Dengue. Here you see the other remaining member Greg from Australia with the daily knot of people that surrounds us wherever we go.

Bali-Sumba (and back)
Too far, too dangerous. That's what everybody was telling me. The most dangerous thing to me was falling in love with motorcycling. What I propably did...
Maybe that's why I had empty streets, hehe.
Waiting for the ferry
Some of my companions on the way. Just slightly loaded so they can still fit into the ferry.

Barrelparty
Postponed my onward journey for a day in a shortterm decision. One of the best surfrelated decisions I made since I'm surfing. This way I had the oportunity to surf this worldclass surfspot in overhead waves for 4,5 hours with max 7 people. 2 hours of it even just with the three of us! I couldn't believe my eyes! Normaly in conditions like these there would be propably 30 to 60 people sitting in the water. In contrary to a in the normal case propably hardly existing wavecount I now even sometimes had 2 waves out of the same set. Thats the way it must have felt back in the Seventies. I still need to grin when I think about it...
Sorry about the quality of picture but my camera broke and instead of 14 now there's 2 megapixel. And they don't look very good when zoomed in.
